A 3-day wellness retreat focused on movement, nature, and connection, set in the beautiful mountain village of Piana.
Enjoy 2 nights of accommodation at a cozy nature lodge, including a rich breakfast each morning. The experience is built around running through the scenic village, combined with Pilates and bodyweight training sessions designed to energize and balance the body.
Beyond movement, the retreat includes a hands-on cooking lesson, where we learn how to open traditional pie dough—and enjoy it together.
